Scheduling & Cancellation
All appointments
require a credit card or gift certificate number to hold your reservation. Should a conflict
arise, we require a 24-hour notice for single services or a 48-hour notice for multiple services or guests. In the case of inadequate notice, your credit
card may be charged 50%-100% of the value of services missed. Your
appointment time is reserved just for you, so please be considerate of this
policy, it is strictly enforced.
Punctuality, Pre & Post
Treatment
This is your time to relax! Don't cut your service short by arriving
late. We suggest you arrive approximately 15 minutes early on your first visit
(except if your appointment is at the time of opening) to Vitality to get
the full experience. This allows us to run on schedule and keeps you from
waiting too long because of others.
Environment
Vitality Wellness Spa
is located on the second floor. Therefore, if you have trouble walking up the
stairs, please state so at the time of your appointment so that we can be sure
to have a Vitality staff member available to assist you. Please respect
the tranquil environment by shutting off your cell phones and leaving
small children at home. Sanitized
sandals are provided for all guests to kindly remove their street shoes to help protect the high traffic areas throughout the spa. Please use gentle voices when entering the
treatment area.
Payment
& Gratuity
Cash and all Major
Credit Cards are acceptable forms of payment. Services must be paid
in full at the time of your visit. Sorry, we do not accept
personal checks or credit card tips. Envelopes are provided at the front desk to
accept cash tips for your spa therapist. A 20% gratuity is
customary and will be added to spa parties and spa packages at
the time of check out. All service fees may be subject to
change without notice.
Gift certificates, Coupons, and Vital Rewards
Gift certificates are as good as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or
stolen. Coupons and Vital Rewards must be presented
to be valid for redemption and cannot be combined with any other spa discounts or promotions. When redeeming Gift Certificates, any difference in
service value from the initial date of purchase, will be collected at time of checkout.
Exchanges and
Product Returns
Vitality Wellness Spa
does not issue any refunds on services, products, gift certificates or
classes. Discounts are not included in
exchanges. Products may only be exchanged for another
product within 14 days of purchase of equal or greater value.
Personal
items
Please leave valuable items and jewelry at home. Vitality Wellness Spa
and its employees are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
