Spa Etiquette

Please respect the following spa etiquette to ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience for all of our guests.

Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation
All appointments require a credit card or gift certificate reservation.  Please allow 48-hour notice for cancellations.  Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will result in a 50% charge. 
All no shows are charged at full value.

Check In
This is your time to relax!  We suggest you arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fully enjoy your Vital experience.  Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed, and arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time.  
 

Environment
Please respect the tranquil environment by shutting off cell phones, using gentle voices throughout the spa, and leaving infants and small children at home.  

Payment & Gratuity
Cash, Visa, Master Card, and Discover are accepted for payment.  All service fees may be subject to change without notice.  Gratuities are not included in the individual service price.   However, if you wish to show your appreciation for a well performed service, envelopes are provided in the treatment rooms to graciously accept cash gratuities.  The industry average is from 15%-20%.  

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased by phone (781-942-0098), e-mail (info@VWSpa.com), on-line or in person and may be redeemed at face value. 

Product Returns
Purchased spa products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or merchandise credit.   

Personal items
Please leave valuable items and jewelry at home.  Vitality Wellness Spa and its employees are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Medical or Physical Restrictions
Vitality Wellness Spa is not handicap accessible.  So that we can best assist you, please inform our front desk personnel of any medical or physical restrictions such as  pregnancy, severe high blood pressure, epilepsy, chemotherapy, vision or hearing impairment, cold sores, etc.
